With the further development of our economic reform and the adjustment of the economic system in state firms, many state workers have been laid off or out of employment. The employment problem becomes more and more serious. Not only the government but also the ordinary people show great concern to this problem. Though the employment problem is serious, it is temporary. With the smoothness of the adjustment and improvement of our economy, more and more those workers will find their new jobs.
